Specialty Desserts Inc. is located in Broward County, Florida—founded in 2006 by it’s present owner, operator, plant de- signer and as the saying goes, “chief cook and bottle washer” Salvatore Savino—known as just “Sal”. Sal has been in the food service industry as a restaurateur and restaurant builder/designer for much of his life creating some of the Northeast's most popular and beautiful restaurants. One visit to Specialty’s facility tells the whole story! He is also well known throughout the industry as a, bit of a stickler”. Perfection and doing things the right way is the motto for all Sal Savino’s business endeavors. There are no excuses for, or exceptions to this rule. “Striving to be the best at what we do never stops”.
